Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Requests made after the 14-day withdrawal period
